Job summary

Movate in India is hiring for an HRBP/BPHR to drive employee engagement, manage employee relations, and support performance management. The role requires 3–5 years in HRBP/BPHR, BPO/ITES experience, and strong communication with stakeholders.

You will conduct floor connects, participate in leadership discussions, and ensure policy compliance. The organization offers a work-from-office setup with flexible to rotational/night shifts.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in HRBP/BPHR role.
• BPO/ITES industry experience is mandatory.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
