Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR experience, HRBP/HR Generalist background.
• Partner with business leaders and senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of performance management, employee engagement, talent management, and employee relations.
• Experience in workforce planning and organizational development.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with HR metrics/dashboards.
• Excellent communication, influencing, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee matters professionally.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, processes, and employment practices.
• Experience in fast-paced IT/technology environments preferred.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS/HRMS systems and MS Excel/PowerPoint.
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related discipline preferred.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to partner with business leaders and managers in driving people strategies aligned with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in employee engagement, performance management, talent management, workforce planning, employee relations, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and managers to understand business priorities and translate them into effective people strategies.
• Act as a trusted HR advisor to managers and employees on people-related matters.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives.
• Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, talent discussions, and improvement plans.
• Support workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.
• Identify skill gaps and partner with L&D teams on upskilling and reskilling programs.
• Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, transfers, promotions, internal movements, and exits.
• Handle complex employee relations and grievance-related matters while ensuring appropriate resolution.
• Analyze HR metrics and dashboards to identify trends and provide actionable insights to business leaders.
• Partner with recruitment teams on workforce requirements, hiring plans, and critical talent acquisition.
• Support organizational change initiatives, restructuring, and change management programs.
• Drive HR policies and ensure compliance with organizational processes and applicable employment regulations.
• Conduct regular employee connects, skip-level discussions, and engagement initiatives.
• Provide leadership with insights on attrition, engagement, performance, headcount, and workforce trends.
• Develop and implement HR initiatives that improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
