Job summary

Team Vertex Cosmos is seeking an HRBP Executive for our Gurgaon location. The role focuses on ground-level HR operations and partnering with business teams across operational shifts.

You will handle employee relations, lifecycle management, shift rostering, policy compliance, and engagement initiatives, while maintaining HRIS data and generating regular reports.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of experience in HR Generalist/HR Operations/HRBP roles, preferably in BPO/retail/logistics/24/7 operations.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus.
• Willingness to work a 6-day week with rotational shifts and days off.

Responsibilities

• Maintain active floor presence across shifts to address employee grievances and support a positive culture.
• Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, attendance tracking, transfers, and exits.
• Collaborate with operations managers on shift rosters and staffing requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations across shifts.
• Plan and execute shift-friendly engagement initiatives and retention drives.
• Maintain HRIS data and generate weekly/monthly shift and attrition reports.

Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Executive

Work Schedule: 6 Days/Week | Rotational Shifts | Rotational Offs

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive HRBP Executive to handle ground-level HR operations and partner with business teams across operational shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Employee Relations & Floor Presence: Maintain active floor presence across shifts to address employee grievances, resolve operational query escalations, and foster a positive workplace culture.
• HR Operations & Lifecycle Management: Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, shift orientation, attendance/leave tracking, transfers, and exit formalities.
• Shift & Roster Partnering: Work closely with operations managers to track shift rosters, monitor operational attendance, and manage shift-based staffing requirements.
• Policy Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to company policies, disciplinary standards, and statutory compliance regulations across all working shifts.
• Engagement & Retention: Plan and execute shift-friendly employee engagement initiatives, pulse surveys, and wellness drives to maintain morale and reduce attrition.
• Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate employee HRIS data and prepare weekly/monthly reports on shift metrics, attrition, and grievance trends.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 13 years of experience as an HR Generalist, HR Operations Executive, or HRBP (preferably in BPO, KPO, Retail, Logistics, or 24/7 Operations).
• Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus).
• Flexibility: Complete comfort working a 6-day week, rotational shifts (including morning, evening, and night shifts), and rotational days off.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive employee issues calmly and professionally.
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and hands-on experience with HRIS systems.
• Transport Facility: Free cab service provided for pick-up and drop during odd/night hours.
