Job summary

Movate Technologies in Chennai is seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP/BPHR) with 4–7 years of experience to drive employee engagement, ER, and performance management.

This role requires working night shifts (5pm–2am), five days a week in the office, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HRBP/BPHR experience in BPO/ITES.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.

• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Manage employee relations and grievance handling.
• Conduct floor connects, skip-level meetings, and employee interactions.
