Job summary

ICICI Lombard is seeking an HR Recruiter (OFF ROLE) to manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and closures. You will drive quality corporate sourcing through portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases and maintain candidate trackers for visibility of all active roles.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of corporate recruiting experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and familiarity with Excel and ATS tools.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of corporate sourcing and full-cycle recruitment.
• Strong sourcing across job boards and social networks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management ability.
• Proficiency in Excel and ATS tools (preferred).
• Kannada language speaking is mandatory.
