We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team at Bangarpet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across various roles while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

This role is suitable for freshers with excellent communication skills as well as experienced recruiters who are passionate about talent acquisition and human resource management.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand hiring requirements from department managers and clients.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and databases.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct telephonic and preliminary interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Post job advertisements on job portals and social media platforms.
• Prepare offer letters and assist in onboarding activities.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future requirements.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Generate recruitment reports and hiring metrics for management review.

Recruitment Skills
