Job summary

Croma is seeking an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for retail and corporate roles in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and consistency in hiring timelines.

The ideal candidate will handle sourcing via portals, social media, references, and campus drives, screen resumes, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure a smooth candidate experience from offer to joining. Prior HR operations exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
• Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets
• Good stakeholder management and coordination skills
• Basic understanding of HR operations and compliance (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
• Handle hiring for retail store roles, front-end staff, and corporate positions
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and walk-ins
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
• Schedule interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Negotiate salary and manage offer roll-outs and joining formalities
• Ensure timely closure of positions within defined TAT (Turnaround Time)
• Support employer branding and campus or bulk hiring initiatives
