Job summary

Encube Ethicals is seeking a skilled recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for its India Branded Business. You will source candidates via portals, social media, referrals, consultants, and internal databases, and screen resumes to assess suitability.

You will coordinate interview schedules between candidates and business stakeholders and ensure timely feedback and compliant documentation throughout the process.

• Experience in recruitment end-to-end for India-based roles.
• Proficiency in sourcing from portals, social media, referrals and consultancies.
• Ability to screen resumes and conduct telephonic/video interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with business stakeholders and manage timelines.
