Job summary

Policybazaar is seeking a dynamic recruitment specialist in India to manage end-to-end hiring—from requirement gathering to onboarding—for Sales, BD, Corporate Sales, and other non-IT functions.

You will source candidates across Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Apna and other channels, screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers to ensure timely closures and a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for Sales, Business Development, Corporate Sales and non-IT functions.
• Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and SLAs.
• Experience sourcing through multiple channels and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
• Source candidates through multiple recruitment channels including Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Apna, Shine, Foundit (Monster), employee referrals, social media, consultants, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, evaluate candidate fitment, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining recruitment SLAs and turnaround time (TAT).
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring sales positions.
• Negotiate salary, release offers, and coordinate joining formalities.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and provide regular hiring updates.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, hiring trackers, dashboards, and reports.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Participate in recruitment drives, walk-ins, campus hiring, and employer branding initiatives as required.
