Job summary

TeamLease is seeking a motivated Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, and onboarding. The ideal candidate will excel in sourcing, screening, and handling multiple requirements concurrently.

Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, tracking candidates, and ensuring timely joining dates, with regular updates to stakeholders. Immediate joiner preferred in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of end-to-end recruitment.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple positions and deadlines.
• Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment trackers.
• Experience with recruitment/job portals will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Understand client/job requirements and source relevant candidates accordingly.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, job portals, references, and other channels.
• Screen candidates based on experience, qualification, location, salary, and job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening and share suitable CVs with the client.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain daily recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Coordinate offer release, documentation, and onboarding activities.
• Ensure selected candidates join as per the committed joining date.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.
• Manage candidate dropouts and maintain backup candidates wherever required.
• Provide regular updates on sourcing challenges, interview status, selection, and joining status.
