Job summary

The Moleculez in Mumbai is seeking an HR Recruiter with 0-1 year of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple openings from our Ghatkopar office. You will source candidates, screen applicants, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, extend offers, and support onboarding and HR operations while ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with company culture.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple job openings across various departments.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high quality candidates.
• Conduct candidate sourcing through job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
• Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and interview candidates to assess skills and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from the initial contact through to the hiring process.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand the staffing needs, job descriptions, and candidate requirements.
• Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and assist candidates with onboarding processes.
• Assist with day-to-day HR operations, ensuring HR systems and processes are running efficiently.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation.
• Prepare HR-related reports, analyze trends, and offer recommendations for process improvements.
• Provide operational support for HR projects and initiatives, ensuring timelines are met.
• Foster a positive work environment and assist in employee relations activities.
• Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions or concerns.
• Ensure that recruitment and HR processes align with company culture and values.
