Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment Management
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiations, and onboarding.
  • Ensure high-quality hiring for mid-senior-level roles, especially technical and niche talent in Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain and R&D.
  • Reduce time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and dependency on external agencies.
• Talent Pipeline & Sourcing Excellence
  • Build strong pipelines through networking, referrals, industry mapping, and proactive talent engagement.
  • Leverage job portals, social media, professional networks, and technical institutes for sourcing.
  • Maintain a talent database for critical and high-volume positions.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders for seamless interview processes and timely feedback.
  • Manage relationships with recruitment partners and negotiate terms as needed.
  • Provide regular hiring dashboards, analytics, and insights to leadership.
• Employer Branding
  • Strengthen employer value proposition (EVP) within the talent pools.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives-campus connect, social media presence, industry events, job fairs, etc.
  • Ensure consistent and positive candidate experience.
• Compliance & Process Excellence
  • Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, documentation, and audit requirements.
  • Implement best practices, digital tools, and automation to enhance recruitment efficiency.
  • Track talent acquisition metrics and continuously improve performance.

The Successful Applicant

• Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment process and preferred experience of handling Ops/Site/Plant hiring
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to partner with senior business leaders and functional heads.
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in manpower planning, hiring analytics, and dashboards.
• Process Orientation: Strong understanding of HR systems, ATS, and recruitment workflows.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Team Leadership: Ability to lead and mentor a small TA team, recruiters, sourcers and off-roll resources
