Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Non-IT recruitment and bulk hiring is mandatory.
• Proven experience in volume/bulk recruitment and target-based hiring.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions.
• Manage bulk and volume hiring for multiple positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, social media, and other channels.
• Conduct resume screening and initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain an active candidate pipeline and recruitment database.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
• Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
• Follow up with selected candidates to minimize offer dropouts and no-shows.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
• Prepare recruitment MIS and provide regular hiring updates.
