Job summary

Lenskart is seeking an HR Recruiter in Kochi to manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to offer rollout. The ideal candidate will have strong communication abilities, knowledge of recruitment strategies, and the drive to build a robust candidate pipeline.

You will source candidates via job portals and LinkedIn, screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate the interview process with hiring managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Administration or related field.
• Freshers or experienced candidates may apply depending on requirements.
• Prior recruitment/talent acquisition experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Understand hiring requirements from managers and department heads.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Understand hiring requirements from hiring managers and department heads.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future vacancies.
