Qualifications

• 1–3 years in recruitment/HR hiring; EdTech, Sales, IT, or volume hiring experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand job requirements and prepare/update Job Descriptions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, portals, referrals, and social media.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, salary, location, and requirements.
• Schedule interviews with HR and reporting managers.
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the interview and selection process.
• Maintain and update the recruitment tracker/ATS.
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
• Coordinate offer letters and joining formalities.
• Maintain a database of active, rejected, shortlisted, and selected candidates.
• Work with department heads to forecast manpower and recruitment targets.
• Ensure timely closure of positions and good candidate experience.

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment cycle, from understanding manpower requirements to onboarding selected candidates. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, good communication, and the ability to close positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand job requirements and prepare/update Job Descriptions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, referrals, and social media.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, salary, location, and job requirements.
• Schedule interviews with HR and reporting managers.
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the interview and selection process.
• Maintain and regularly update the recruitment tracker/ATS.
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
• Conduct reference/background verification wherever required.
• Coordinate offer letters and joining formalities.
• Maintain a database of active, rejected, shortlisted, and selected candidates.
• Work closely with department heads to understand current and upcoming manpower requirements.
• Achieve recruitment targets and ensure positions are closed within the required TAT.
• Maintain good candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Prepare regular recruitment reports covering open positions, interviews, selections, offers, and joinings.
