Keystone Real Estate Advisory Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai is seeking an HR Recruiter to join the growing HR team and manage recruitment activities end-to-end.

This role requires sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, and job portals, conducting initial HR interviews, coordinating interviews, and driving fast closures while maintaining pipelines.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.
• Experience in Real Estate recruitment is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri and other recruitment portals.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven recruitment environment.
• Immediate joiners / candidates with a short notice period preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales and non-sales positions.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Shortlist candidates based on job requirements and organizational needs.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily recruitment reports.
• Work towards recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
