Job summary

Pahwa Buildcon in Delhi seeks an experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate, technical and site roles. You will source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn and other portals, screen resumes, conduct calls and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

The role demands strong MS Excel skills, excellent coordination and a proactive approach. Location is Pitampura, Delhi, with full-time employment and a Monday off.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR is an advantage.
• 1–2 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
• Experience in Real Estate/Construction/Infrastructure recruitment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for corporate, technical and site positions.
• Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure timely joining of selected candidates and confidentiality of information.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate database and hiring trackers.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Conduct reference/background verification wherever required.
