DGS Group Builders And Developers is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive / HR Recruiter to join their HR team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on recruitment experience, ideally from the real estate or construction sectors. Responsibilities include managing the full recruitment process, sourcing candidates, and coordinating interviews.

Candidates with 2 to 8 years of HR experience are preferred, and immediate joiners will be given priority. The work schedule is Monday to Saturday with office hours from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.

Qualifications

Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Talent Acquisition Executive / HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in recruitment, sourcing, screening, interview coordination and employee onboarding. Candidates from real estate, construction, infrastructure, or consultancy background will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end‑to‑end recruitment process for various departments.
• Source candidates through job portals, references, social media, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates as per job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining formalities.
• Manage offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding process.
• Maintain recruitment tracker, candidate database, and hiring MIS reports.
• Ensure timely closures of open positions.
• Support HR operations and employee engagement activities when required.

Required Candidate Profile

• 2 to 8 years of recruitment or HR experience.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
• Strong follow‑up and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and HR documentation.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualification

• Graduate in any stream.
• MBA / MMS / PGDM in HR preferred.

Preferred Location

Candidates residing near western line will be preferred for easy commuting.
