Job summary

Conviction Hr in Mumbai is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to close. You will identify suitable candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other portals, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews.

You will maintain candidate databases, negotiate salaries, and build a strong pipeline to meet targets in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
• Experience with full recruitment lifecycle.
• Experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong screening and coordination skills.
• Good negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
