Job summary

Placon Hr Services is seeking a proactive Recruitment Specialist in Gujarat to manage end-to-end hiring processes, from sourcing to onboarding. You will build talent pipelines, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews with clients, ensuring timely closures while upholding quality standards.

The role requires strong communication, sourcing expertise, and the ability to handle multiple positions concurrently, with a focus on meeting monthly targets and KPIs.
