Job summary

Sindhuja Micro Credit is seeking a skilled HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, while building strong partnerships with hiring managers across the organization. The role includes facilitating onboarding, guiding talent acquisition strategies, and coordinating training for new joiners.

The candidate should bring 3-6 years of HR/recruitment experience, an MBA/PGDM, and a solid grasp of general HR activities including exit processes and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in HR or recruitment.
• MBA/PGDM from a reputed institution.
• Strong understanding of HR activities including recruitment, induction, performance appraisal and employee relations.
• Excellent communication and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile
