Job summary

Placon Hr Services is seeking an HR/recruitment professional to manage end-to-end recruitment across sourcing, screening, and joining. You will source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, and portals, screen and shortlist, coordinate interviews, and manage offers and onboarding.

The role emphasizes meeting monthly targets, maintaining CRM records, and collaborating with clients and internal teams to ensure timely, quality submissions.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, management, or a related field is required.
• Experience in recruitment consultancy, staffing, or HR services is preferred.
• End-to-end recruitment processes knowledge is essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to candidate joining.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, references, databases, and other job portals.
• Screen and shortlist profiles as per client requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and manage candidate follow-ups.
• Share suitable profiles with clients within the required timelines.
• Handle offer negotiation, documentation, and joining coordination.
• Maintain candidate records, recruitment reports, and CRM updates.
• Meet monthly recruitment targets and ensure quality candidate submissions.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for smooth recruitment execution.
