Job summary

Zodiac HR Consultants in Mumbai is seeking a dynamic HR Consultant to manage end-to-end recruitment and client coordination. You will source candidates, screen applicants, and drive the hiring process to deliver quality hires within timelines.

The role requires strong communication, a good grasp of industry domains, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients and candidates. You will maintain candidate pipelines, share recruitment MIS, and negotiate offers to close openings

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment and client coordination.
• Strong sourcing abilities via portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Knowledge of FMCG, Pharma, and Manufacturing domains.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
• Understand client requirements (JDs) and align candidate profiles accordingly.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and social media.
• Conduct initial HR screening and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and database.
• Coordinate with clients for interview scheduling, feedback, and closures.
• Negotiate salary and offer discussions with candidates.
• Ensure timely closures per client expectations.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly MIS reports on recruitment status.
• Stay updated with industry trends, hiring practices, and market intelligence.
