Job summary

Evoke HR in Ahmedabad is seeking an HR Recruiter to manage IT and non-IT recruitment end-to-end from our office.

You will source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and job portals, screen profiles, conduct initial interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, schedule interviews and drive offer closures to meet TAT. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in IT and non-IT recruitment.
• Strong sourcing and candidate-handling skills.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Immediate joiners / short notice preferred.
