Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Monster, and other portals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
• Make 70–100 candidate calls per day as per business requirements.
• Schedule a minimum of 4–6 candidate interviews daily.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate follow-ups, selection and joining formalities.
• Maintain accurate Recruitment MIS and candidate databases.
• Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
• Coordinate with internal departments to understand hiring requirements.
