The individual will also build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, assist in talent acquisition planning, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. The role involves maintaining recruitment metrics and documentation while staying updated on the latest hiring trends and techniques.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements for open positions.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop strategies to attract qualified applicants.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new employees.
• Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
