Job summary

Placon HR Services is seeking an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for domestic and international clients. The ideal candidate should be passionate about talent acquisition, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to source and close positions within defined timelines.

We offer exposure to domestic & international recruitment across sectors, with a chance to work from office in Prahlad Nagar, Ahmedabad.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
• 0–3 years of recruitment experience; freshers with strong communication are welcome.
• Experience in domestic and international recruitment is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand client requirements and prepare sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, portals and social media.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Follow up with candidates and manage offer negotiations.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS and candidate databases.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Ensure timely closure of positions with quality hires.
• Achieve monthly recruitment targets and KPIs.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand client requirements and prepare sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and manage offer negotiations.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS, and candidate databases.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.

• 0–3 years of experience in recruitment (HR consultancy experience preferred).
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in recruitment are encouraged to apply.
