Mantras2success Consultants in Ahmedabad invites a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition professional to join our dynamic HR team. This role focuses on end-to-end recruitment, coordinating with clients, sourcing candidates through portals and networks, screening resumes and scheduling interviews.

The ideal candidate will have strong English and Hindi communication, a target-driven mindset, and a willingness to learn the recruitment process in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic understanding of end-to-end recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process.

• Follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain recruitment reports and trackers.
