Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of recruitment experience or HR experience.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition professional to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing qualified candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to offer and joining.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate offers and coordinate the offer-to-joining process.

• Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
