Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and plan recruitment strategies.
• Handle HR operations, employee records, attendance, leave management, and documentation.
• Coordinate payroll processing, salary administration, and employee benefits.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
• Manage employee engagement, grievance handling, and retention initiatives.
• Coordinate performance appraisals and employee development activities.
• Maintain HR reports, recruitment trackers, and employee databases.
• Implement HR policies and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-8 years of experience in HR Management or HR Generalist roles, preferably in the IT industry.
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, HR operations, and employee engagement.
• Familiarity with HRMS software and HR management tools.
• Good communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
