Alankaram is seeking a seasoned HR and Recruitment professional to shape and drive workforce planning in a manufacturing setup. You will lead sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding while ensuring smooth integration of new hires into the organization.

The role emphasizes governance of labor law compliance, probation monitoring, and exit processes, backed by robust MIS and reporting. Strong leadership and data-driven decision making are essential.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
• 5-8 years of recruitment and HR operations experience.
• Manufacturing/industrial experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute recruitment strategies as per manpower requirements.
• Manage end-to-end hiring: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
• Onboard and induct new employees smoothly.
• Monitor probation, confirmation, and exits.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and hiring reports.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end hiring: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management.


• Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and role requirements.


• Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees.


• Monitor probation and confirmation processes.


• Maintain recruitment MIS and hiring reports.


• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.


• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, etc.).


• Assist in performance appraisal and HR policy implementation.


• Manage exit processes including exit interviews and full & final settlements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques


• Excellent communication and coordination skills


• Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance


• Data-driven reporting and MIS skills


• Leadership and team management ability

Qualification & Experience:
