Job summary

SutiSoft, Inc. is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to independently manage the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment to exit. The role covers HR operations, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and engagement to support business goals.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in HR Generalist/HR Operations, strong recruitment experience, and proficiency with HRMS and MS Excel. IT/software industry exposure is preferred. Hyderabad-based position on-site.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and employee lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience with HRMS and MS Excel.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offer management, and onboarding.
• Oversee the complete employee lifecycle including joining, confirmation, promotions and separation.
• Handle HR operations such as attendance, leave management, records, and queries.
• Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
• Coordinate performance appraisal, confirmation processes and employee development.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements and HR policies.
• Prepare HR MIS reports including headcount, attrition, recruitment metrics.
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyse attrition trends.
• Oversee background verification processes and support SOC and ISO audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offer management, and onboarding.
• Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including joining, confirmation, promotions, and separation.
• Handle HR operations, attendance, leave management, employee records, and employee queries.
• Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
• Coordinate performance appraisal, confirmation, and employee development processes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and company HR policies.
• Prepare and maintain HR MIS, including headcount, attrition, recruitment, and other management reports.
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyse attrition trends.
• Manage the background verification process.
• Maintain HR documentation and support SOC and ISO audit requirements.
• Work closely with management and department heads on day-to-day HR matters.

• 3-5 years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations roles.
• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and employee lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience with HRMS and MS Excel.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage confidential employee information.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Experience in the IT/software industry is preferred.

Education

Master's in business administration/PGDM in Human Resources.
