Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment: manage the complete recruitment cycle, from manpower planning and sourcing to interviews, selection, and offer rollout.
• Onboarding & Induction: handle joining formalities, documentation, background verification, and employee orientation.
• Payroll & Compensation: manage monthly payroll coordination, salary processing, attendance, leave, reimbursements, and statutory deductions.
• HR Operations & HRMS: maintain employee records, HR documentation, HRMS data, and employee lifecycle transactions.
• Employee Engagement: drive employee engagement initiatives, employee relations, grievance handling, and retention activities.
• Performance Management: coordinate performance appraisals, goal setting, feedback, and performance improvement processes.
• HR Policies & Compliance: implement HR policies and ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Learning & Development: identify training needs and coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
• Exit Management: manage resignation processes, exit interviews, full and final settlements, and relieving formalities.
• MIS & Reporting: prepare HR reports, headcount reports, attrition analysis, and other HR-related dashboards.

• Knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, PF, ESIC, and other applicable regulations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, HR reporting, and HR documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple HR functions independently and work effectively with management and employees.

Preferred Candidate: A well-rounded HR professional capable of independently managing the complete employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit.
