Job summary

Everstylish Lifestyle is seeking an HR Manager to oversee blue-collar workforce operations in Gurugram. You will drive recruitment, onboarding, attendance, shift management and payroll coordination with Finance, while maintaining records and HR MIS.

You will address grievances, handle disciplinary matters and ensure statutory compliance, partnering with agencies for bulk hiring and monitoring attrition and availability.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of HR experience, preferably with blue-collar workforce.
• Good knowledge of payroll, attendance, overtime, PF & ESI processes.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel and MS Word.
• Strong English communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
