Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2–5 years HR experience in HRBP/HR Generalist/Operations or Recruitment.
• Strong experience in Blue Collar and White Collar recruitment.
• Knowledge of payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and grievance handling.
• Working knowledge of statutory compliance and labour laws.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Based in Mumbai/Navi Mumbai or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Blue Collar and White Collar recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, documentation, and joining.
• Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with business stakeholders.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, hiring trackers, and candidate pipelines.
• Manage attendance, leave, onboarding, transfers, confirmations, exits, and employee records.
• Coordinate accurate monthly payroll inputs.
• Handle employee grievances, queries, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain HR MIS and reports.
• Ensure adherence to labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate compliance activities, audits, inspections, and required documentation.
