Qualifications

• Experience hiring factory workers such as helpers, machine operators, carpenters, welders.
• Strong sourcing and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable speaking with workers and factory teams.
• Ability to close urgent recruitment needs quickly.
• Basic knowledge of employee documentation and joining formalities.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic Excel and reporting knowledge.

This role requires strong field hiring ability, good follow-up, worker coordination and the ability to close vacancies quickly.
