Job summary

Agnira People Solutions in Pune is seeking a recruitment professional to handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles. You will source and screen candidates via Naukri and LinkedIn, manage interviews, follow-ups and offer coordination.

The role requires understanding client requirements and closing senior positions, maintaining a candidate database, and generating recruitment reports. Working hours are 9-5, Monday to Friday, with on-site duties at Spine Road, Chinchwad.

Working Hours : 9.00 am to 5:00 pm

Working Days : Monday to Friday
