Carrerlift is seeking an Office-based HR Recruiter in Noida to source candidates, screen applicants, and coordinate interview processes. You will review applications, identify top prospects, and maintain orderly records in recruitment databases. The role supports the HR team across core recruitment duties in a busy office setting.

The ideal candidate has an HR-focused degree (MBA/PGDM or Bachelor’s) and strong communication, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
