Aerem is seeking an HR Intern – Talent Acquisition to join our HR team in Mumbai. This is a hands-on, recruitment-heavy role focusing on live mandates across functions, sourcing candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn and other portals, screening CVs and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.

You will build candidate pipelines, support offer rollouts and recruitment MIS, and gain exposure to end-to-end TA processes.

Formación

• Graduate / pursuing graduation in HR, BBA, BMS, B.Com, Psychology or related fields.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with candidates over calls.
• Proactive, energetic and target-oriented.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Strong interest in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
• Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media and other channels
• Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
• Conduct initial HR screening calls and assess candidate suitability
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases and MIS
• Support offer rollouts, documentation and pre-joining follow-ups
• Assist in bulk hiring and urgent hiring mandates
• Build candidate pipelines for current and upcoming positions
• Support recruitment drives and other Talent Acquisition initiatives
• Assist the HR team with basic HR operations and employee-related activities when required

About the Role
