• Maintain and update employee and recruitment data and reports.
• Assist employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
• Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR processes.
• Prepare HR reports, trackers and MIS using MS Excel.
• Ensure timely completion and accuracy of HR documentation.

Role & Responsibilities

• Support the HR team in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
• Assist in campus hiring and recruitment drives across different locations.
• Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for interview scheduling and follow-ups.
• Support employee onboarding, induction, and documentation processes.
• Maintain and update employee and recruitment-related data and reports.
• Assist in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
• Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of HR processes.
• Assist with preparing HR reports, trackers, and MIS using MS Excel.
• Ensure timely completion and accuracy of assigned HR documentation and activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field.
• Strong interest in HR, recruitment, and people management.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
