Job summary

Equinox Labs in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra is seeking a recruitment specialist to manage end-to-end hiring processes and campus hiring initiatives. The role involves screening candidates across educational qualifications, technical skills, and communication abilities, and coordinating with colleges for campus recruitment.

You will work closely with team members and stakeholders, prioritizing activities to benefit the team and sharing new ideas to improve recruitment cycles.

Qualifications

• Handle end-to-end recruitment.
