Job summary

Money View in Bengaluru is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition assistant to support our growing recruitment needs. You will screen resumes, run initial HR calls, and help coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

You will source candidates through job portals and LinkedIn, collect and maintain candidate documents, and assist in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tools
• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition
