Job summary

Entri is seeking a proactive HR Recruiter in Kerala to support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates across functions.

Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of HR experience are welcome; strong verbal and written communication, familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn, and Google Sheets will help you manage interviews, trackers, and candidate databases.

Qualifications

• Graduate or pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of HR/recruitment experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating with candidates via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Familiarity with recruitment processes and tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, Google Sheets/Excel).

Responsibilities

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate or pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Freshers and candidates with 01 year of experience in HR/recruitment can apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating with candidates over phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes is preferred.
• Familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn, Google Sheets/Excel, or other recruitment tools is an added advantage.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow up effectively.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team.
• Immediate joiners would be preferred.
