Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to support our Talent Acquisition Group (TAG). This role is ideal for freshers with good communication skills and a strong aspiration to build a career in HR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and internal databases
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on requirements
• Coordinate interview schedules and send calendar invites (interview call patching)
• Follow up with candidates and panelists for interview updates
• Manage candidate scheduling and ensure smooth interview coordination
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers
• Support day-to-day hiring activities and ensure a good candidate experience

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Any graduate (HR background preferred)
