Job summary

Kavi India is seeking a Talent Acquisition intern to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for IT and BPO roles. You will work closely with hiring managers and recruiters to attract and assess candidates and support onboarding activities.

This internship welcomes fresh graduates with MBA in HR or related fields, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office. You will help build a talent pipeline, assist campus drives, and prepare recruitment reports while learning HR operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Post and manage job openings across various recruitment platforms.
• Maintain candidate records and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Support offer rollouts, onboarding documentation, and joining formalities.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Assist in campus recruitment drives, employer branding initiatives, and recruitment events.
• Prepare recruitment reports and maintain hiring trackers.
• Perform other recruitment and HR-related activities as assigned.
