• Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, feedback, selection, and joining.
• Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Prepare and share candidate profiles/CVs with the concerned team.
• Assist in preparing recruitment reports and daily/weekly hiring updates.
