• Source and attract top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, etc.
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  
• Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the job description's qualifications.
  
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, applications, and selection processes.
  

Desired Candidate Profile
