Job summary

3F Oil Palm is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning at our Assam location. You will handle HR operations, attendance, leave, onboarding, employee records, and documentation, ensuring compliance with local policies.

You will coordinate with department heads and the Head Office HR team on recruitment, payroll, and employee matters. Travel across Chirang, Dimahasao and Biswanath is required to support training, development initiatives,

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment and manpower planning.
• Experience in HR operations incl. attendance, leave, onboarding, records, documentation.
• Proven ability to coordinate with department heads for requirements.
• Experience in employee relations, grievances, engagement, retention.
• Experience implementing HR policies and processes locally.
• Coordinate with Head Office HR on recruitment, payroll, compliance.
• Training and development initiative coordination.
• Experience in performance management appraisals.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate shall be from Assam
• Speaking Assamese and Hindi is mandatory
• Age between 30 to 40 Years
• Required Frequent Travel among Chirang, Dimahasao and Biswanath.
