Job summary

Teamup Agency in Mumbai is seeking an experienced HR recruitment specialist (25–32 years old) with 5–10 years of experience. You will own end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, coordinate sourcing, screening, interviews, and joining processes, and ensure timely closures with quality.

Reporting to the Manager, you will monitor the recruitment team, manage agency coordination, maintain recruitment trackers and MIS, and guide junior recruiters.

Qualifications

• Graduate or MBA in HR (preferred).
• 5–10 years of recruitment experience.
• Basic English and Hindi; knowledge of a regional language.
• Proficient in MS Excel and computer basics.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned and organisational manpower requirements.
• Monitor the recruitment team's sourcing, screening, interview coordination and follow-up activities.
• Ensure recruitment requirements are closed within the defined TAT and quality expectations.
• Support the team in handling critical positions, difficult closures and candidate negotiations.
• Plans sourcing approach and manages multiple sources.
• Owns complete interview coordination and follow-up.
• Owns recruitment tracker & MIS accuracy.
• Manages agency coordination and profile quality.
• Handles offer, negotiation & joining coordination.
• Guides/monitors junior recruiters.
• Develop, implement and improve HR processes, SOPs and trackers wherever required.
• Manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth execution of established HR processes.
