Job summary

SK Finance is seeking a proactive HR/Recruitment Coordinator to manage joining and onboarding, maintain employee records and HR MIS, and support attendance, leave and payroll data.

You will assist in PF/ESIC compliance, support performance appraisal data, handle employee queries, coordinate with branch and sales teams, and manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination. Freshers are welcome, and strong communication skills are essential.

• Handle end-to-end Recruitment(Sourcing ,Screening ,Interview Coordination).
• Source and Identify potential candidates through job portals.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
• Schedule interviews between candidates and managers.
• Post job openings on different hiring platforms.
• Salary Negotiation.
